Winner of Opus Klassik Award: Innovative Concert of the year

Congratulations to Cameron Shahbazi on winning the Opus Klassik Award in the “Innovative Concert of the Year” category for the Woman.Life.Freedom. benefit concert in support of human rights in Iran, which has been initiated and produced by the artist. The event took place on December 12, 2022 at the Oper Frankfurt.
All the raised money went to the non-profit organization Abdorrahman Boroumand Centre, which has been campaigning for more democracy in Iran for many years and documents the human rights violations committed there. The recording of this concert is currently available as a stream on IDAGIO and Deutsche Grammophon’s STAGE+.
